Counts up or down from 0 to 9, and can be set to start counting from any number you choose.
Let's use the previous circuit we built and add a 7-Segment Display to show the number in decimal!
To do this, we'll use the CD4511 IC, which takes a 4-bit binary input and controls the LED segments needed to display the corresponding digit.

Once you're done, your breadboard circuit should look something like this:

Now, when you press the 'Add' switch, the 7-Segment Display will show the decimal number from 0 to 9.
