The SN74HC266 contains four independent 2-input XNOR gates with open-drain outputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A ⊕ B̅ (XNOR) in positive logic. The open-drain outputs require external pull-up resistors and can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads. Output is HIGH when both inputs are at the same logic level.
