Dual D-type flip-flop with set and reset. Two independent D flip-flops with complementary outputs.
Each flip-flop transfers D to Q on the positive-going clock edge. SET and RESET are asynchronous, active high, and override clocked operation. Complementary outputs Q and ̅Q are provided.
