Low-power low-offset voltage quad comparators - four independent precision voltage comparators with offset voltage as low as 2mV maximum.

The LM339-N series consists of four independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2mV maximum for all four comparators. These comparators were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. The low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. These comparators have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even when operated from a single power supply voltage.

Notes

Each comparator has open-collector outputs that require pull-up resistors. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, allowing sensing near ground even with single supply operation. Outputs are compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels.
