The ESP32-WROOM-32D is a powerful, generic Wi-Fi+BT+BLE MCU module that targets a wide variety of applications. At the core of this module is the ESP32-D0WD chip which is a dual-core system with two Harvard Architecture Xtensa LX6 CPUs. The ESP32-WROOM-32D integrates a rich set of peripherals, ranging from capacitive touch sensors, Hall sensor, SD card interface, Ethernet, high-speed SPI, UART, I2S and I2C.

The ESP32-WROOM-32D requires a 3.3V power supply. GPIO 34-39 are input only pins and do not have internal pull-up or pull-down resistors. GPIO 0, 2, 5, 12, 15 are strapping pins that affect boot mode - use with caution. The module has built-in flash and does not require external flash memory.
